Request actions affects the whole request. Controls inside an item row affect that individual item. Start by opening the request from your dashboard's Requests list.
Add another item
For an active request, select Add item.
Choose an available item type, or use the dialog's option to create a new item type. Review its name and instructions, then save.
Check that the new item appears in Request items and that the total and outstanding counts have updated.
Adding an item changes the existing request; it does not create a separate request. It does not automatically send a new request email. Use Resend request if you want to send the client the link again.
Send or resend the email
Confirm the client email in the request header.
For a saved preview, select Send request. For an already-sent request, select Resend request.
Confirm sending when prompted and check the success or delivery message.
Resending uses the same request and secure client link. It does not reset answers, delete uploads, restart review, or create a new request item. A saved preview stays inaccessible to the client until its first successful delivery. If delivery is queued for retry, check the message rather than repeatedly pressing Send.
Mark complete
Check that Outstanding is zero and review each item's contents. An empty request cannot be marked complete.
If the request is still active and Mark complete is enabled, select it.
Review the confirmation dialog and select Confirm to close the request, or Cancel to keep it active.
Completion requires a clean uploaded file for every document item and approval for every intake form. Some review actions automatically complete a fully fulfilled request, so manual completion may not be necessary. Completed requests stop accepting client uploads, answers, and notes, and the routine reminder sweep excludes them. Staff can still view retained items, activity, and history. Completion does not delete data.
A disabled completion button means the server's fulfillment conditions are not met. Do not approve an empty document or discard an item as a shortcut to completion.
